If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! Dermacel Skincare offers free exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a product exchange. DermacelSkincare doesn’t offer refund.
Refunds, returns, and Exchanges
We accept exchanges up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided

Depending on the product, we may proceed for an exchange within few days of receiving your product. We don’t work on holidays, so plan your schedule accordingly.
